Privacy notice

Necify Lab LLC  •  Last updated October 24, 2026

This notice explains what Necify Lab LLC does with personal information when you visit this website, send us a brief, or engage us for work. We are a limited liability company organized in the United States. The quickest way to reach us about anything on this page is support@necify.com.

For the information described here we decide why and how it is handled. When we handle information about a client’s own prospects as part of an engagement, we do so only on that client’s written instructions, under a separate agreement.

1. What we collect

  • What you send us. Name, work email, company, telephone, website and whatever you write in the brief form or in an email to us.
  • What the site records. IP address, browser and device, referring page, pages viewed and time on them. Anything beyond what the site needs to function is recorded only after you allow it.
  • Client records. If you engage us, the business contacts, billing details and campaign material needed to perform the work.

2. Why we use it

  • To answer you and prepare whatever proposal or scope you asked for.
  • To perform our agreement with you, raise invoices and provide support.
  • To keep this website working, secure and improving.
  • To send occasional service notices to current clients, each with a way to stop them.
  • To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.

We use it for those purposes or something closely related, and we will tell you before that changes.

3. We do not sell it

Necify Lab LLC does not sell or share personal information in the sense those terms carry under United States privacy statutes, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended. Nothing you send is passed to data brokers, lead resellers or advertisers, and we operate no incentive scheme tied to your information.

4. Prospect research we perform for clients

Part of our service involves researching business contacts on behalf of clients. That work uses publicly available professional information, is limited to the business context, and is performed on the client’s documented instructions. Anyone contacted through a campaign we run can opt out in every message, and we act on those requests promptly. If you believe you were contacted as a result of our work and want your details removed, write to support@necify.com and we will handle it directly.

5. Who else sees it

Only suppliers processing it for us under contract — hosting, email delivery, analytics, cloud storage, customer records and accounting software — together with our accountants and lawyers where genuinely needed. We disclose information where the law requires it, and will say so where we are permitted to.

6. Where it is handled

We operate from the United States and our suppliers may hold information here and elsewhere. Contacting us from outside the United States means your message is handled here. Where a transfer falls under European or United Kingdom rules we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved route, and will describe the safeguards on request.

7. How long it stays

Brief records are kept for up to two years from your last contact unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Client records are held for the engagement and up to seven years afterwards where tax and accounting rules require it. After that they are deleted or stripped of identifying detail.

8. Your rights

Depending where you live you may be entitled to know what we hold, receive a copy, have it corrected or deleted, opt out of any sale or sharing — we do neither — and not be treated differently for asking. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and a growing number of other states hold these rights by statute, and we extend the same handling to anyone who asks.

Write to support@necify.com. We acknowledge promptly and answer within forty-five days, telling you if we need a short extension. We may need to confirm your identity first. There is no charge for a reasonable request, and an authorized agent may ask on your behalf with your written permission.

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and say so. You may also contact the attorney general in your state.

9. Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to briefs and client records is restricted to people who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication and reviewed periodically. No system is beyond reach, so if something did go wrong we would notify you and any regulator entitled to know without unnecessary delay.

10. Cookies

Our Cookie notice covers what is set, by whom, and how to refuse it.

11. Changes and contact

Material changes appear in the date at the top of this page, and we will tell you directly where that is warranted.
